everyone needs a shih tzu in their life, i'm pretty sure.
my family had two when i was growing up, digger and pepper. they were the sweetest, most intelligent little things. perfect for a 'big dogs' lover or a 'small dogs' lover and especially for an 'all dogs' lover.
